Most digital-asset initiatives no longer start from zero. The network already exists — a consortium of banks, a supply-chain group, a set of public agencies — and the real question is how fast you can join it and start building, without rebuilding the chain underneath you. DALP's Join Existing Networks capability connects your organization to an established permissioned EVM network, including private Hyperledger Besu / QBFT and Quorum-compatible deployments.

By joining an existing network, you participate in established consortia and leverage the scale they have already created.

How it works:

Join-Existing-NetworksDALP connects to any EVM network that exposes standard Ethereum JSON-RPC. You define the network once — chain ID, RPC endpoints, finality model, and the genesis that matches the network's validator set — and DALP reads consensus and validator membership from the chain itself, so your node joins under the network's own rules rather than a separate application config.

In practice, a developer connects a node to an existing Besu network by supplying the genesis file and an existing node address. From there, DALP handles the orchestration — monitoring, uptime, and resource scaling — so your team builds the on-chain application and bridges it to existing systems instead of managing basic network administration.

What to know before you join:

DALP is EVM-only. It connects to EVM-compatible networks and issues SMART Protocol and ERC-3643 assets for governed digital-asset workflows. For private and permissioned networks, the consortium owns the chain: validator topology, consensus parameters, RPC exposure, the finality model, and the backup and recovery posture stay with the network operator — that is what keeps independent audit and recovery credible. DALP connects to that environment and runs your participation in it; it does not absorb the responsibility of operating the chain. Agreeing those inputs early keeps them off the critical path to production.
